What a routine is
A routine is a cron-scheduled agent task: a plain-language instruction, a schedule, and a pre-declared list of allowed tools. The scheduler runs it headless and delivers the result to the chosen channel.
Approvals without a human awake
A headless run never grants permissions silently. Tools you pre-declared on the routine are allowed; anything else the agent attempts is recorded as blocked, and the run reports it honestly so you can widen the list deliberately.
Managing routines
The Routines page creates, enables, disables and deletes routines; every run is recorded with its outcome, and each tool call inside a run lands in the signed audit trail like any interactive task.
