Seller and merchant of record
Operator is supplied by Alcyone Systems OÜ, registry code 17546559, Estonia. Paddle acts as merchant of record for online software purchases. The checkout identifies the Paddle entity, total price, applicable taxes and transaction currency before payment.
Product and delivery
A completed payment creates an entitlement to an Operator 1.x licence, a signed release manifest and the available packages (Debian arm64 and amd64). Delivery is digital through the payment claim page. Keep the invoice number and purchasing email for recovery.
Price and taxes
The advertised base price is €499 once (early-adopter price for the first 10 licences; the list price is €1,499). Applicable VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax is calculated at checkout. Paddle issues the customer receipt or invoice; Alcyone Systems does not issue a duplicate customer invoice for the same transaction.
Licence and support
The purchase grants the rights in the Operator EULA: one organisation, on up to two of that organisation's appliances at the same time. Feature updates released during the 12 months following purchase are included; security updates are available through at least 31 August 2031. The optional Care plan below extends feature updates and adds priority support.
Care plan (optional add-on)
The Care plan is a separate €299-per-year subscription billed by Paddle. While active, it extends feature-update access beyond the included 12 months and provides priority support by email. It renews automatically each year until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The Care plan is not required for continued use of a purchased Operator licence.
Third-party AI services
Operator runs local AI models on your own hardware by default. If you enable the optional cloud brain, task text is sent to the third-party AI provider you configure, under your own account with that provider and that provider's terms. Alcyone Systems is not a party to that processing and does not receive that data.
