License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, Alcyone Systems grants one named individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Tester major version 1 on no more than two of that individual's active personal workstations at the same time.
Perpetual major-version use
The right to run Tester 1.x is perpetual unless the agreement ends because of a refund, chargeback or material breach. There is no subscription expiry and no runtime support-date check.
Updates and security support
Feature updates released during the 12 months following purchase are included. Security updates are available through at least 31 August 2031. A support date controls access to later packages; it does not stop an already licensed installation.
Activation
Each installation has a random installation identifier. The entitlement service allows two active identifiers and supports self-service deactivation. Activation records do not contain test data, credentials or card data.
Restrictions
You may not share the named-user license, sell or sublicense Tester, defeat activation limits, distribute private release packages, remove notices, or use the software to violate law or third-party rights. Reverse engineering rights that cannot be restricted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Your data and third-party systems
You control the systems and data tested by Tester. You are responsible for authorization to automate those systems and for external AI providers you explicitly configure. Local execution does not transfer test data to Alcyone Systems.
Termination
An approved refund or chargeback ends the license and future update and activation access. For another material breach, Alcyone Systems may terminate after notice and a reasonable cure period where law requires one.
