Thirty days to decide
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days after the completed purchase. Send the Paddle invoice or transaction number and purchasing email to support@alcyone-systems.com. Do not send card details.
How payment returns
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and card-network timing can vary. Taxes returned with the transaction are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.
Effect on the license
Approval ends the Tester license, new activation rights and release access. An offline license already delivered cannot be remotely deleted, but it is no longer authorized for use.
Consumer rights
This contractual policy is additional to rights that apply under consumer law. It does not shorten, waive or replace remedies that cannot legally be limited.
