Seller and merchant of record
Tester is supplied by Alcyone Systems OÜ, registry code 17546559, Estonia. Paddle acts as merchant of record for online software purchases. The checkout identifies the Paddle entity, total price, applicable taxes and transaction currency before payment.
Product and delivery
A completed payment creates an entitlement to a signed Tester 1.x license, release manifest and available packages. Delivery is digital through the payment claim page. Keep the invoice number and purchasing email for recovery.
Price and taxes
The advertised base price is €299 once. Applicable VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax is calculated at checkout. Paddle issues the customer receipt or invoice; Alcyone Systems does not issue a duplicate customer invoice for the same transaction.
License and support
The purchase grants the rights in the EULA: one named user, no more than two active personal workstations, permanent use of Tester 1.x, 12 months of feature updates and security support through at least 31 August 2031. Support dates govern update access and never disable an installed version.
Evaluation and refunds
The evaluation lasts 30 days and does not stop the software afterward. The contractual 30-day refund applies in addition to mandatory rights. Consumers requesting immediate digital delivery make the acknowledgement shown at checkout; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Payment reversals
An approved refund or chargeback ends the contractual license, new activation and update rights. A previously delivered offline file cannot be remotely erased, but continued use after the right ends is unauthorized.
Liability and law
Tester is supplied with the service commitments expressly stated in these terms. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.
