Start with the doctor
Run tester doctor in the same virtual environment and service account that runs Tester. A matching browser/driver pair and configured runner device are required for the corresponding suites.
Mobile 422 response
A 422 response means no configured eligible runner device or endpoint matched the suite. Confirm the device is visible to ADB, Appium is ready and both runner variables identify the same device.
Project catalog drift
Run tester project-storage first. The stale-unclaimed prune mode lists only missing, unowned and unreferenced database rows; apply creates a database backup and never deletes user files.
Support bundle
Use the built-in support bundle and remove customer data before sharing. Never paste environment secrets, session cookies or provider credentials into a ticket.
