Per-run isolation
Tester stores results under a run identity and publishes a report for that exact result set. Reports should never be regenerated into a shared mutable directory.

- Masked API request and response evidence
- Video when enabled for the runner
Retention
Configure retention by project and storage capacity. Export evidence before a cleanup when it must be retained for a release or audit.
